Jiangyuan Tan
Jiangyuan Tan is pursuing his M.S. in Integrated Marketing at New York University, after earning a B.A. in Economics from SUNY Stony Brook University. He has worked remotely with several companies in China, primarily in B2B services, where he gained experience in growth marketing and marketing analytics. Jiangyuan is passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic insights, believing that numbers, when analyzed and applied effectively, can reveal the most accurate and promising paths forward.
As a Chinese international student who spent four years at Stony Brook University, where over one-third of the student population identifies as Asian, Jiangyuan developed a understanding of the challenges and potential mental health struggles in parent child relationships within Asian and Asian American communities. At SPEAK, he hopes to combine his global perspective and marketing expertise to help amplify the organization’s mission and contribute to its growth.
