Grace Cai

Dr. Grace Cai’s mental health musings began in childhood when she noticed different ways that culture and well-being impact each other. This guided Grace to pursue a doctorate in clinical psychology and a master’s in theology from Fuller Theological Seminary where she specialized in Asian American mental health.

As a clinician, Grace provides therapy to children, adults, and couples going through relationship challenges, life transitions, and religious/spiritual topics including religious trauma. Grace’s clinical work has taught her that everything and everyone can experience healing no matter what has happened to them.

Grace is committed to growing in anti-oppressive practice. She enjoys collaborating with individuals and organizations that acknowledge psychology’s role in oppression and want to use it for collective liberation.
